Caroline Reese serves as a Senior Advisor of External Affairs for Florida Power & Light, where she oversees community engagement, stakeholder relations, and strategic partnerships across North and Central Florida. Much of her work is rooted in Florida’s agricultural communities, where she collaborates with county officials, UF/IFAS Extensions, 4-H programs, farm bureaus, and local nonprofits to support economic development, education, and conservation initiatives.
Caroline is passionate about strengthening rural communities through relationship-building, volunteerism, and connecting organizations with the resources they need to thrive. Her background spans sponsorship development, community outreach, and advocacy in areas such as agrivoltaics, youth leadership, disaster response, and environmental stewardship.
Caroline is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business.
Caroline brings to the United Way board a deep commitment to service and a hands-on approach to collaboration—especially in communities where agriculture, families, and local support networks intersect.
